Simple Exercise Routines
Exercise doesn’t have to be over completed. In fact the simpler the better.
I have recently moved and have had to reset my exercise routines. I understand the importance of doing this as quickly as possible to prevent too much time eroding my enthusiasm and life getting in the way.
I have had a simple strength routine I do at the end of a run using my body weight and a park bench. As I was running today I picked out a park where I could start this familiar routine.
I realised as I was performing these simple exercises, that is doesn’t matter where I am. I can replicate these five exercises in any park it’s just different scenery.
So pick a park or your backyard and try my famous five. Two to three sets of 10 repetitions should be a good starting point. Not a bad view to look out to!
