Exercise Physiology Training

Exercise can be one of the most important strategies you use to improve your health. Whether you want to: improve strength, increase fitness, rehab an injury or manage a health condition, improve core stability, or manage weight, our EPs can help you.

8-Week Kickstart Program

Getting back into exercise can be challenging, especially if you have had an injury or have health issues you are managing. Our Accredited Exercise Physiologist have the experience and expertise to help you set realistic goals based on your current situation. They will provide the support and progress your program slowly as you improve.

Pilates Starter Pack

Designed for people who have never done Pilates before or getting back into after an injury or illness. This pack includes a one on one consultation with our Pilates instructor to go through the foundations of Pilates before you go into a group situation plus a 10 class pass.

6-Week Back to Basics Nutrition Program

Designed to kick-start your health journey. The most common thing we’re told as dietitians? ‘But I already eat healthy!’.  This program is designed to explore health behaviour and habits, and help you identify key skills and strategies to be truly successful with long-term weight loss.

Food Intolerance Program

12-week program with our Accredited Practising Dietitian Phoebe Starling. If you have food intolerance (or suspect you do), or if you have Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS), then our Food Intolerance package is for you.

Smart Eating 12-Week Program

No fads, no potions and no pills. Just good nutritional education and support to help you achieve your health goals. Designed and coordinated by our Accredited Dietitian Phoebe Starling providing individualised eating plans, healthy eating tips and advice and most importantly support to keep you on track.

Lifestyle Changer Program

12 week healthy lifestyle program combining support from our Dietitian and Exercise Physiologists to help you make sustainable healthy lifestyle changes.

Living Well With Diabetes Program

True North Wellness is running group diabetes sessions that are coordinated and supervised by our Accredited Exercise Physiologists. These exercise sessions are tailored to the level of each participant to allow graded conditioning.

Strong and Steady (Falls Prevention) Program

Exercise is a critical component in reducing falls risk and improving mobility. This program provides support for falls prevention, improving balance and mobility, along with ability to complete activities of daily living.

Happy Joints (Osteoarthritis) Program

Exercise is a critical component in managing osteoarthritis. This program provides holistic support in managing lifestyle factors that help to maintain good joint health, including exercise and pain management.

GLA:D Osteoarthritis Exercise Program

GLA:D®, from ‘Good Life with osteoArthritis in Denmark’, is an education and exercise program developed by researchers in Denmark for people with hip or knee osteoarthritis symptoms. It was then brought to Australia in 2016 to help Australians with hip or knee osteoarthritis.

Managing Osteoporosis with the Onero Exercise Program

The Onero Exercise Program is an evidenced based program that has been developed by The Bone Clinic to maximize bone density and prevent falls and fractures. Our Accredited Exercise Physiologists are trained to deliver this program and provide the expertise and support to ensure you manage your bone health safely.

Women's Wellness in Midlife Program

Research has revealed that certain lifestyle factors and health behaviours can have a positive impact upon quality of life, chronic disease risk factors and other health areas for midlife women's health. This data has been used by leading health researchers at Griffith University to create a 12-week structured program to help support women through their journey of achieving a healthy lifestyle during midlife and menopause.

Healthy Directions Post Bariatric Exercise Program
