Health coaching provides you with the confidence, knowledge and skills to be able to make sustainable behaviour change to achieve your health goals. Our health coaches use evidence-based behaviour change techniques and conversations to support you to create an achievable action plan, help you overcome barriers and help you keep accountable to these steps.

Our Accredited Exercise Physiologists are University trained health professionals who can help you modify health behaviours that are impacting on you achieving your true health. Our goal is to understand your individual needs and conditions and work with you to provide the support and coaching to help you improve your quality of life.

We specialise in helping people with complex medical conditions to gradually reintroduce activity back into their lives working closely with other health professionals to provide a coordinated approach to improving your health.

We look at the whole person when helping you improve your health. Balancing mental and physical health is an important focus of how we help you get control of your health and live the life you deserve.

We work with you to identify what areas of your life you want to improve on and set realistic goals that will lead you to achieve your true health. Most importantly we provide the support and expert guidance to ensure that you work within your capabilities.

This 12 week program provides you with the support and expert health advice to help you get your health back on track.

What's included: 6 individual health coaching sessions

  • 60 mins Initial health assessment and action plan focused on achieving your individual health goals
  • 5 x 45 mins individual health coaching sessions to review, adapt and support you with your health plan.
