Pelvic Floor – Activate to Integrate Program

This 6-week program is suitable for men and women of all ages and stages of life managing pelvic floor symptoms. Get beyond basic activation exercises and bridge the gap towards more efficient movement and functional exercise that allows you to get the most out of life.

What to expect
  • 45 minute one-on-one exercise sessions each week over six week, with a pelvic floor Exercise Physiologist.
  • You will be set up with a pelvic floor friendly program that is progressed appropriately over the sessions. Regardless of where you are at with your current health and fitness levels, we can help support you with an individualised program.

Who this program is suitable for

  • Pregnancy and post partum
  • Managing menopause and perimenopause symptoms
  • Managing urinary incontinence/leakage or a prolapse
  • Experience pelvic pain or conditions like endometriosis
  • Recovering from surgery like a hysterectomy, prostate removal
  • Recovering from cancer treatment e.g. prostate or gynaecological cancer
  • Trying to get back to high intensity or impact exercise like running
  • Man or woman at all ages and stages of life
