Vicky and her team are very understanding, knowledgeable and experienced. I came looking for a program with some science behind it to help me through cancer treatment, I found it. Vicky started me gradually and in a short time I was showing improvements in strength and weight loss. I can't remember enjoying working out this much. My wife and I are now on a program together.
