We might all be familiar with the term naturopath - but do you know how a naturopath is trained and how we can advise you?

I want to help you to achieve state of wellbeing in key areas of life without sacrificing one for the other. To live in alignment with your core values and who you want to be.

Naturopathy is a whole medical system combining theory (philosophy and principles) and practice that uses an array of natural therapies to support healing and maintain health.

We believe in looking at each individual as a whole person and not just by your symptoms or condition. That means that we want to know about your diet, lifestlye, familiy history, your current complaints, and even your living environments!

After compiling a detailed health history, we may also use other techniques including:

  • Iridology
  • Blood analysis
  • Stool and urine analysis
  • Hair analysis; and
  • Genetic testing

In your initial naturopathic consultation, we will spend 60 minutes together discussing everything about your health and health concerns. After your appointment, we will send you home with an initial bespoke treatment plan, comprising of nutrition and lifestyle advice, as well as a herbal medicine and/or supplementation prescription.

What can Naturopathy help with?

  • Gut health - IBS/IBD, allergies & intolerances, reflux, SIBO, bloating, constipation/diarrhoea
  • Women's Health - PCOS, endometriosis, preconception, post partum nutrition, irregular cycles, painful periods
  • Chronic health conditions - Type 2 diabetes, fatty liver disease, rhuematiod/osteo arthritis, elhers danlos syndrome, chronic fatigue syndrome
  • Mental health - anxiety, depression, ADHD
  • General health - nutrition deficiencies, brain fog, anti-inflammatory diet, burnout, low mood, energy, and libido.

Kahla is an accredited naturopath who is passionate about supporting her clients with a wide range of health conditions. She has a special interest in women's and gut health. As a Naturopath, Kahla enjoys being able to bridge the gap between holistic and western medicine to best support her clients. Kahla uses four fundamental principles to personalise your health plan.
