Living Well with Prostate Cancer

Healthy Directions is a rehabilitation program that helps you recover from the treatment and effects of prostate cancer. Research has suggested that a graded exercise program can be beneficial in helping you deal with the effects of treatment and improve your overall health and energy levels.

This program helps you move forward making positive steps to improve your health and wellness including exercise, healthy eating and controlling stress.

The program will help you get active and feel more positive about life. Focusing on the type of exercise that is going to keep you strong so you keep doing the things you enjoy. You can participate in the program at one of our clinics or have our accredited exercise physiologist work with you in your own home.
