Living Well With Diabetes Program
If you have type 2 diabetes, your GP might be able to refer you to our Group Diabetes Program "Living Well with Diabetes". The program includes an individual assessment with an Exercise Physiologist and eight group sessions. This program is bulk billed through medicare when your GP has set up the referral.
