Our multidisciplinary team

Our health team are experienced in diabetes management and work collaboratively to assist you in getting the most outcomes. Our Accredited Exercise Physiologists will help design a safe and effective exercise program and provide a number of services that can assist you including health coaching support and individual or group based exercise sessions. With additional training in diabetes education, our dietitian Ellen can work with you on nutrition strategies to optimise blood sugar control and vitality. We all work together with your medical team to ensure you are getting the most out of your care.

Living Well With Diabetes Program

If you have type 2 diabetes, your GP might be able to refer you to our Group Diabetes Program "Living Well with Diabetes". The program includes an individual assessment with either our Exercise Physiologist or Dietitian and eight group sessions. This program is bulk billed through medicare when your GP has set up the referral.
