An empowering wellness workshop for young women

Navigating information can be confusing when it comes to our health, happiness and hormones. Learn about important lifestyle factors such as nutrition, exercise, sleep and stress to help you be the best version of yourself in your younger years. This women's workshop is set in the peaceful surrounds of Samford where you can pause, relax and focus on you!

What will the workshop include?

This unique experience will equip you with the knowledge, skills and support to help you create a wellness plan for this stage of your life. Every woman is different, with individual needs and goals. You can be confident that the information you are receiving is evidenced based and specific to your age group.

When you complete the workshop you will feel confident about the important dimensions of your health and have an individual health plan for you.

Presented by Tamika Hassum and Rachel Therese

Tamika is an experienced women's health coach and exercise physiologist specialising in young women. Rachel is a mindfulness educator and integrative health coach who is passionate about supporting women.
