My Aged Care

My Aged Care Funded Exercise Physiology

Stay Strong, Independent and Active with My Aged Care

As we age, maintaining strength, balance, mobility and confidence becomes increasingly important. Through My Aged Care funding, eligible older Australians can access Exercise Physiology services designed to help them remain independent, active and living safely at home.

Our Accredited Exercise Physiologists work with older adults to develop personalised exercise programs that support healthy ageing, improve quality of life, and assist with managing chronic health conditions.

What is My Aged Care?

My Aged Care is the Australian Government's gateway to aged care services and support. Depending on your needs and eligibility, funding may be available to help you access health and wellness services, including Exercise Physiology.

Exercise Physiology services can often be funded through:

  • Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP)
  • Home Care Packages (HCP)
  • Support at Home funding (where applicable)
  • Self-managed aged care funding arrangements

Our team can work with you, your care coordinator, support provider, or family members to ensure services are delivered in line with your care plan and goals.

Chronic Fatigue Syndrome: More Than Just Being Tired

Many people feel tired after a busy week, poor sleep, illness, or stress. However, Myalgic Encephalomyelitis/Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (ME/CFS) is far more than normal tiredness.
