Pilates For Kids

Our Accredited Exercise Physiologists at True North Wellness are qualified
to design and deliver Pilates sessions that focus upon helping children to
develop confidence with movement, assist with improving key
developmental milestones, and encourage kids to love moving through fun and exciting exercises.

    other activities
  • Encourages movement and physical activity, reduces screen time

    confidence

    with musculoskeletal conditions

  • 6 x 30 minute group mat Pilates classes (one class per week) that are developed and supervised by our Accredited Exercise Physiologists
  •  Online subjective assessment (pre-screening forms) to assist in determining an appropriate exercise level for your child.
