Research has revealed that certain lifestyle factors and health behaviours can have a positive impact upon quality of life, chronic disease risk factors and other health related areas, for women after cancer. This program has been developed by a team of leading health researchers to provide the latest evidence in a 12 week structured program.
The Women’s Wellness after Cancer Program is a healthy lifestyle program to support you recovering from treatment for cancer. The program has been developed especially for women after cancer and is based on the latest research evidence.
The program is the brain child from Professor Debra Anderson, one of Australia’s leading researchers in Women’s Health. Her team at Griffith University have developed this proven lifestyle program to support women at different stages of their life.
Women’s Wellness after Cancer Program is a 12 week lifestyle program in improving health and wellness in women who have had breast, blood or gynecological cancer.
The program consists of 4 x Individual consultations that focuses on improving healthy lifestyle behaviours including physical activity, healthy eating, better sleep and lifestyle habits, and improving quality of life.
Every woman will work through their journal each week with regular consultations to review and support their health journey.

Week 12 – Final consultation (4)
The cost of the program is $435 with medicare or private health rebates available. This includes 4 x individual consulations with Vicky Graham (Women’s Health Exercise Physiologist) and their Women’s Wellness Journal.
