The clinic offers a range of group classes including Pilates, Functional Fitness, Tai Chi and Hydrotherapy . All sessions cater to a range of abilities and health conditions.


Functional Fitness


Functional fitness is designed to cater for people getting back into exercise. It caters for a range of levels and conditions including diabetes, cardiovascular and chronic lung conditions.(Lungs in Action and Heart Move participants are welcome)




Hydrotherapy is a great way to get you back into moving. You can do things in water that you may not be able to do on land. Hydrotherapy is great for improving mobility, strength, balance and flexibility. Hydrotherapy is available for one one and group sessions. Our private pool at Cashmere, provides privacy and is heated to 31 degrees.




What is Pilates?
Pilates involves a series of exercises that are designed to improve physical strength, flexibility & posture whilst emphasising core strength and stability. By strengthening the core and improving postural awareness – pilates can alleviate and prevent back, neck and joint pain whilst supporting injury rehabilitation.
Pilates provides an entire body workout suitable for all fitness levels and ages.

Tai Chi


Our Tai Chi is a gentle modified version suitable for people getting back into exercise. Chi balls are used to help provide fluid movements. The focus on breathing provides a relaxing and gentle class.




  • Casual Class: $15 session (10 sessions $130)
  • Pensioner or Student: $13 class (10 session $120)
  • Individual Pilates Assessment or Instruction: $55 (45minutes)
